Description:

  • Provide high quality concierge services in Grade A commercial building including managing visitors registration and enquiries 
  • Handle general enquiries and complaints, support marketing activities and the daily operations of our property management services 
  • Handle ad hoc assignments 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines 
  • At least 1 year’s frontline experience, preferable gained in hotel or property management industry 
  • Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with people of different cultural background 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is must 
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS certificate is an advantage
