Customer Services Officer
Description:
- Provide high quality concierge services in Grade A commercial building including managing visitors registration and enquiries
- Handle general enquiries and complaints, support marketing activities and the daily operations of our property management services
- Handle ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
- At least 1 year’s frontline experience, preferable gained in hotel or property management industry
- Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with people of different cultural background
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is must
- Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS certificate is an advantage
